The self-adjustable valve (3) has an end in the form of hook (8) by which the valve is suspended in a cavity in the form of rail (7) in an air passage channel (2) of a ventilation device (1) so that the valve is actuated pivotingly in the channel. The valve is a pivoting valve for automatically opening an air passage in the passage channel based on the pressure difference of 2 Pascal between an inlet (4) and an outlet (5) of the channel, where the valve is manufactured from a plastic material.
