The device has a pump driven by a motor and setting hydraulic fluid circulating in a high pressure circuit under a preset working pressure based on a request activated by an on-board computer (13). The high pressure circuit comprises bypass distribution channels (9, 14) attributed and connected to a power steering mechanism (11) or retractable roof (12) to be controlled. A shift valve (7) is placed between the pump and the distribution channels of the high pressure circuit.
