The element (EM) has a frustoconical shaped connection portion (PC1) prolonged by a non threaded terminal portion (PT1) having an extremity part (PE) in which a radial surface (EA) of an internal thrust (BI) is defined. The part (PE) has a part (PE1) whose outer surface has a cylindrical shape over a length selected along an axis of the element. The part (PE) has another part (PE2) whose outer surface has frustoconical shape and whose diameter is decreased by moving towards the part (PE1), where the part (PE2) forms a bevel and is connected to the part (PE1) on a side opposed to the thrust.
