The valve has a cover (1) to close a cylindrical valve body (7) made by a thermoplastic material. The body is separated by a membrane (2) into an outer chamber and an inner chamber. The inner chamber has a gas exhaust pipe (11) letting gas towards atmosphere. The pipe has a throttle valve (3) removed by a connecting arm (9) against return action of a compression spring (4) interposed between the valve (3) and a spring guiding support (12) during deformation of the membrane in a direction of volumic expansion of the inner chamber.
