The device has a hollow and rigid plastic skeleton (1) of a seagull provided with mechanical muscles (2). Artificial feathers (19-21) are fixed to net mesh (15) by cables (7-9). A cockpit (30) is provided at a head (25) of the seagull. A CPU (39) controls the mechanical muscles. Batteries (37) are connected by wires and printed circuit board for adapting to all elements of the device operating with electricity. The feathers are joined to each other at articulations with a rubber sleeve (3).
