The device has a housing composed of upper part and lower part (2b). A motor, gear, a chain and an electrical supply unit are arranged in the housing. The electrical supply unit is operated by a rigid printed circuit board (6). The circuit board is arranged in an element of the lower or upper parts. Contact elements (7) are arranged at a front side of the circuit board for detachable contacting of the board to the electrical supply unit. The contact elements are connected with cables (9) over contact plugs (8) for supplying control signal.
