The device has locking units (4) remotely integrated to a synthetic cover (1) and gripped with antagonist locking units (5) integrated to a body (2), where the units (4) are equipped with external ribs. The locking units (4) are connected to a locking ring (6) by radial bars (7) with low resistance. The bars are broken for displacing the ring using force into a locking position, in which the ring is elastically maintained around the locking units (4) and exerts elastic constraints on the units (4) after the units (4) gripped with the units (5).
