The device has an elastic link (1) that is terminated at ends by elastic buckles (2, 3). The buckle (2) is passed into a U shaped part of a vehicle anti-theft security system for permitting connection of the device to the system. The buckle is fixed on a gas handle or clutching handle. The link is made of a spiral element and has a length of 30 cm at its rest condition. The buckles are identical to each other.
