The system has emitting units i.e. green colored power LEDs (1, 2, 3), that emit light beam toward front of a vehicle. A controlling unit (4) is associated with a detecting unit i.e. inclinometer (7), to detect inclination of the vehicle to pass the emitted light beam from a continuous operation to a blinking operation when the detection of the inclination of vehicle is higher than a predetermined threshold with respect to a vertical direction, where the blinking operation is maintained for a period of predetermined time after recovery of the vehicle.
