BUILDING EDIFICE AND METHOD, IN PARTICULAR HOUSING

A building having a structure fixed on a floor has walls structured through facade frames (2) and pinion (12) fixed between posts (1,13,14). The roof is formed by a structure comprising rafters (3) and purlins (4). The purlins (4) and the rafters (3) rest respectively on a pole (1) and are held laterally between two vertical uprights (8) each belonging to a frame. Prefabricated panels fixed on the frames (2,12) and on the posts (1,13,14) complete the closing of the walls and the roof. The whole structure is freestanding and self-winding.
