The system has a chamber (1) at a fuel tank including a discharge opening (2) that is closed/released by a check valve (3) i.e. umbrella valve. The check valve is forced in a closed position of the opening by a float (4) from a certain level of fuel in the tank. The float integrated to a lever arm (5) has a support (6) placed for exerting a pressure on an edge of the valve when the level of liquid in the tank lowers the float in a position. The float straightens the arm and the support to stop the deformation of the umbrella valve when the level of fuel in the tank attains a certain limit.
