The device has a processor (5) programmed to process a delay of useful information (10) e.g. downloading of a geographical reference table (11), and information relative to cape and speed is interpreted to detect a moving direction of a vehicle e.g. coach. The table contains a simplified and specific parameter of a geographical route signing point, and road and railway networks ensure respective vehicle information and information such as approach and arrival of train in a railway station and departure of the train from the station. The parameter and processing of the table are distributed.
