The collar (1) has a flexible ring (10) that is open and supports a tubular element, and a removable locking unit (20) for closing the ring by locking. The unit has angle bars (21, 22), where each angle bar is fixed on one of two free terminal parts (11, 12) of the ring in a removable manner. Each angle bar has arms (21a, 22a) connected to corresponding part and other arms (21b, 22b) extending perpendicular to the former arms. The latter arms are connected one to another to again close the ring by locking. Each former arm is connected to a corresponding part in a removable manner by a ratchet.
