The charger has a cover (3) with an edge (17) that is not enclosed, for embedding the cover on a disengagement part (9) that is provided on a main case (2). A flexible charging cable (12) exits on a side of a bottom of a peripheral gutter (6) of the case, and is wound in the gutter by a cover and case assembly. The cable has an end with a connector (13), where the end has a band with Velcro(RTM: Hook and loop fastener) type fixation system (15). The end is wound via bottom in the gutter, for storage and positional maintenance of the cable in the gutter.
