The circuit has a temperature sensor (28) and/or a supply voltage sensor that is placed in direct relation with a stepper motor (26). A microcontroller (22) compares measured temperature and voltage with a predetermined threshold value or operating range for modifying set point speed of the motor when the temperature and the voltage are different from the threshold value or operating range. An independent claim is also included for a network of actuators with stepper motor.
