The device has a cylindrical insert (5) intercalated between a leg and a sleeve (2) at the right of a preset path, where a section of the insert is oblong. The sleeve is made of elastic material. A surface of the insert is in contact with the leg and is carried by an almond shaped foam cover made of compressible material. The insert has an incompressible central core housed in a compressible socket. The insert has an end part of decreasing thickness at the level of knee-joint.
