The device (1) has an on-off switch (8) supported by pivoting shafts of an esthetic part (2) and pivoting openings. An intermediate member (5) e.g. sun lunette support, is interposed between the switch and the shafts to adjust a pivoting recess of the switch. The switch and a control lever are connected one to another and the lever is pivoted in conjunction with rotation of the switch when the part (2) and a functional part (3) are assembled one to another. An adjusting part of the switch is disposed in a concave part of a rotation preventing part. The recess is limited between tapered walls.
