The assembly (1) has a rear seat with lower front and rear parts associated to a floor structure of a motor vehicle. The front part has an anchoring part (2) associated by interlocking and in rotation with a reception plate (3), where the plate is fixed to the structure by screwing via oblong orifices (7). The plate has a semi-cylindrical housing (4) to receive a transversal tube forming the anchoring part. A reversible locking unit (5) locks the tube in the housing.
