The floor has monolithic floor panels (2) assembled with transversal beams (1) by blot type fixation elements (3). A sealing ring (5) i.e. rubber sealant, is provided at junction of the panels, where the jointed panels have the elements embedded in a hardened binder (6) that is made of sealing material e.g. polysulphide material, for constituting a sealed floor zone sealed against fluid i.e. water. A drainage system (9) i.e. fluid flow insert, receives the fluid from the zone for directing the fluid towards a main drain of a passenger transporting vehicle i.e. aircraft. The panels are formed of composite material e.g. carbon, silicon, graphite and silicon carbide.
