The member (1) has three blades (10), which are inclined towards each other and are separated on their length, where the blades are flat or curved. Each of the blades has two opposed ends (11) fixed to longitudinal arms (2). The blades are inclined to converge towards a right side that passes through a torsional center of the cross member. The blades are symmetric with respect to a median plane (Pm) of the member such that the torsional center is situated in the median plane. One of the blades is symmetrical to other blade with respect to the median plane.
