The cylinder has primary and secondary pistons (PP, ps) assembled in a bore (al1) with a secondary spring (r2) that is placed between bottom (MCf) of the bore and the piston (ps). The spring repels the pistons towards an inlet (MCe) of the bore. A hole-shaped cut-out elastic ring (be1) is assembled at the interior of the bore between the piston (ps) and a peripheral side (ep2) of the bore, where the peripheral side of the bore is situated between the piston (ps) and the inlet. The ring has an inner diameter that is higher than an inner diameter of the piston (ps).
