The device (1) has a pre-load resistor (2) for limiting pre-load current of voltage switching converter i.e. voltage inverter, and an interruptor (3) i.e. MOSFET type transistor, placed parallel to the resistor and to a control unit (4) of the interruptor. The control unit controls the opening and closing of the interruptor based on a voltage signal obtained by switching an input voltage signal of the converter. A series of capacitors forming a control capacitor is directly or indirectly connected to another series of capacitors forming an auxiliary capacitor. An independent claim is also included for a voltage converting assembly, comprising a voltage switching converter and voltage switching converter preloading device.
