The diffuser (1) has a flexible external cover (6) permeable to vapor and impermeable to liquids, and an internal cover (2) forming a tank. The internal cover has two low resistance zones (3, 4), and arranged inside the external cover, where one zone is different from the other zone. The internal cover has a perforator forming rigid element i.e. rigid tab (5), breaking the zone (4) and pressed against the external cover. The internal cover is made of polyethylene and polybutylene, and the external cover containing additive of polyether block amide is made of ethylene vinyl acetate. An independent claim is also included for a method for utilizing a perfume diffuser.
