The device has a maintaining unit (1) i.e. hollow cone frustum body, provided with a circular opening at its top for receiving an ornamental assembly i.e. tapered clay flower pot, where the unit maintains the device on a modular plane support. An adaptable unit (4) adapts the shape of the assembly for making the unit (4) to move with respect to the maintaining unit, where the unit (4) is integrated to the maintaining unit. The unit (1) permits to extend a ground contact surface with respect to a contact surface of the assembly.
