The apparatus (1) has a case (2) including a circular lower part (18a), an upper socket (18b) and a cover (19) whose respective walls are extended around a cylindrical motor (3) and a volute (5), after assembling, by adapting motor and volute shapes, in a manner to be found at a constant distance from the motor and the volute, respectively. The case, the motor and the volute define a gas i.e. air, flow pipe (21) that extends towards an inlet opening of the volute. The case interiorly forms a projecting axial plot (20) that projects near a hub (10) of a wheel (4), after assembling.
