The apparatus (1) has an impeller (4) including an inlet opening connected to an inlet opening (22) of a volute (5), and outlet orifices emerging into the volute. A motor (3) rotates the impeller to generate a centrifugal airflow in the volute. A case (2) has a tubular part (10a) with a wall that is extended around the motor at a constant distance from the motor such that the case and the motor delimit a gas flow passage (15). An impeller (6) is placed downstream an axial opening (20), and rotated to generate a forced gas stream in the passage.
