The appliance has an engine case (1) with a receiving stand to receive a working container (2). The container has a removable base (5) with a safety gear (51) displaceable between rest and active positions when a casing (4) is respectively unlinked and linked to the base. The gear has a safety cam (515) cooperating with a safety switch (9) carried by the case to authorize function of a unique motor when the base is placed on the case with the gear in the active position. The cam is angularly shifted when the gear is in the rest position such that the cam does not cooperate with the switch.
