The method involves positioning a swiveled nut (2) and a washer (3) of a swiveled element (1) assuring swiveling function, such that the nut and the washer are placed in a position corresponding to relative positions in an assembly of the element. A heat-shrinkable tubing (4) is prepared, and is made of polyethylene terephthalate material. The tubing, the nut and the washer are positioned such that a lower surface (42) of the tubing is placed opposite to external lateral surfaces (23, 33) of the element. The tubing is extruded until the tubing is in contact with the lateral surfaces. An independent claim is also included for a preassembled fixation element locked by a locking tool.
