The device has cylinders (6) whose piston rods (8) are connected to pedal arms (9), where a power cycle of the device is discontinuous in order to produce intermittent function for controlling a compressed air engine assigned to a rotating engine. The arms are oppositely and symmetrically arranged such that a drive shaft (10) alternatively activates control pistons (7) of obturator cases (4) by symmetrical cams (12) for distributing compressed air to each passage of the arms.
