The device (1) has a metallic plate including a plastic sheath (6) with a control knob (9) that is supported on a crown (14) of a metallic bush (5) by a resilient energy absorbing zone provided with a sleeve, where the sleeve is made of elastomer and metallic material. The zone is interposed between a base (17) of a head (18) of the knob and the crown, where height (H) of the zone is predetermined and equal to height (H1) of the sheath and is lower than height (H2) of the bush. A value of the height (H2) of the bush is predetermined and in relation with a value of the height (H) of the zone.
