The device has a float (11) with an elastic and flexible membrane (23) filled with gas. Pressure of the float is regulated according to immersion depth. The membrane defines a predetermined internal gas volume (29) based on the elasticity of the membrane and internal pressure of the volume with respect to external ambient pressure (33). An expansion valve and discharger regulator (20) assures the supply and the purging of the gas towards the volume of the float.
