The device (12) has a fine, impermeable glove formed of flexible films on which an active face (13) diffusing a liquid is fixed on a side. A non woven strip is fixed on a rinsing and drying side of films, where the strip is laterally soldered to the glove. A single serving pack (2) is broken by micro crack or pressure formed of a film in polyethylene or polyvinyl acetate or a film containing soap. A compartment (11) is stitched or thermo soldered at centre of an active side that receives the pack. An independent claim is also included for a method for utilizing single usage thermo soldered medical device.
