A lash coating composition comprises: a silicone compound (X) and a second compound (Y 1) that can react with silicone by catalytic hydrosilylation, or condensation; fibers; at least one phenyl silicone oil; and optionally a catalyst. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) lash coating kit comprising at least one first composition (C1) and at least one second composition (C2), which are packaged separately, comprises: (i) at least one compound (X), (ii) at least one compound (Y 1) and optionally at least one catalyst, at least one of the compounds, (X) or (Y 1), is a silicone compound, provided that the compounds (X) and (Y 1) and the catalyst are not present simultaneously in the same composition; the compounds (X) and (Y 1) react together either by a hydrosilylation reaction, when brought into contact with one another optionally in the presence of the catalyst, or by a condensation reaction; (iii) fibers; and (iv) at least one phenyl silicone oil; and (2) cosmetic lash coating involving: either (i) applying to the the lashes at least one layer of a mixture of the first composition (C1) and the second composition (C2), where the the mixture is obtained either at the time of use, before application to the lashes, or simultaneously with its application to the lashes; or involving (ii) mixing, at the time of use, at least one first composition (C1) and at least one second composition (C2), and then applying at least one layer of the the mixture to the lashes; or involving (iii) applying to the lashes at least one layer of the first composition (C1), and at least one layer of the second composition (C2).
