The device has stops (14, 15) including specific thermal conduction and made of material that is impermeable to X-rays. Foam pads (16, 17) are adhered on the stops, where the pads have specific thermal conduction and density. Springs (18, 19) exert support force to fix electronic chips (10, 11) against the stops on a side opposite to an X-ray arriving direction. The pads are inserted between the stops and the chips. The electronic chips are mounted on flexible supports (6, 7) that are in the shape of band.
