The device has two rectangular vertical armature units (2) placed in a parallel manner in an erect position. Upper rectangular panels (1) are placed side-by-side in a fixed manner between upper edges of the respective armature units. A diagonal rod (5) is extended along a rear side of the device from an upper corner of one of the units (2) till a lower corner of the other unit (2). The rod extension is such that the panels, the units and rectangular horizontal armature units (3) on two sides of the device are automatically folded towards one of the units (2) when the unit (2) is raised.
