The door (1) has guiding devices (8) forming slide, and arranged on vertical and opposite posts (2, 3) for guiding an apron or flexible curtain (5), which has cross bars (7) and a drive shaft or pulley (4) inside bushings (6). The pulley ensures displacement of the apron between opening and closed positions. The curtain comprises controlled opening passages ensuring air flow (EA) when an external pressure exerted on the apron becomes high. A flexible shutter is connected to the curtain by a Velcro(RTM: hook-and-loop fasteners) type temporary and re-adjustable connection.
