The method involves projecting crushed shell type abrasive particles, where the abrasive particles have various colors according to granulometric range. The particles are subjected to dry projection and/or low pressure projection in which the pressure is lower than 4 bars. The abrasive particles are propelled by pressurized air obtained by a compressor. The wet air is prevented from mixing with the abrasive particles using the drying unit. An independent claim is also included for a device for cleaning and scraping a surface.
