The device (1) has a safety barrier integrating a solar heating system i.e. solar exchanger, for heating water of a swimming pool e.g. public swimming pool, where the exchanger is in the form of an attemperating coil (2) and is made of thermo-lacquered aluminum. The coil has a threaded or glued joint (3) at its ends for ensuring hydraulic connection with a filtering system of the pool, where water of the swimming pool circulates in the coil via a circulator.
