The device has a telescopic asphyxia drag cup skirt (3) permitting instantaneous depletion of oxygen and subsequent saturation of asphyxiated ground, using large quantity of water contained in a water reservoir, by covering a fire area. The water reservoir has a breaker plate (2) that ensures homogeneous sprinkling of water on the ground where hostile fire i.e. forest fire, is controlled by asphyxia.
