The outer support structure is made from special nets (2), corresponding in shape to the flexible hose-like water tank. The net has a base plate (3) on the ground, with peripheral welded snap fasteners to hold horizontal parts (5) of the net. Connection units (4) have similar welded snap fasteners to hold free ends of the net parts. Struts (6) around the net are fitted with one end into parts of the snap fasteners in the connection units. The other strut ends are fastened in the ground via foundation units with anchors. A tension cable passes through the top section of the net.
