The device (1) has an insert (2) integrated to a sliding panel e.g. door, and a carriage (13) slidingly displaced along a guiding rail (18) by a sliding and rolling unit (17) of the carriage. The carriage has an insert connecting and maintaining unit (15) i.e. wing, co-operating with a guiding passage (5) i.e. axial reception housing, of the insert. The passage is oriented in a manner to cause upward and downward displacement of the insert along an insert suspending axis, parallel to a relative displacement of the unit (15) in or along the passage.
