The headrest has removable covers for covering a cushion and a central part of the headrest in a removable and holding manner. Rigid or semi-rigid fixation units are constituted by a hooking plate (22) and a hooking U-sectioned profile (23), and are made of plastic material. The fixation units are fixed to the covers for maintaining a tension on the headrest without fastening directly on the headrest. The hooking plate is fixed at an end (211) of a flexible textile band (21), and a hooking unit is connected to another end (212) of the band for hooking on a hooking edge (223).
