The element (3) has a parallelepiped structure (32) with racks (10) movable between a horizontal storage position and a downward inclined position i.e. distribution position, during displacement of the racks. The structure has a shuttle (13) stimulated with raising and lowering movements along the structure. The shuttle controls successive displacement of the racks from the storage position to the distribution position during leaving movement of the shuttle, and successive displacement of the racks from the distribution position to the storage position during return movement of the shuttle.
