The system has a heat exchanger (4) cooling scavenging air flow (F) from an inlet duct (2), and a heater (5) increasing temperature of the air from the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger and the heater respectively have an evaporator (8) and a condenser (10) of a heat pump. An exhaust fan (6) exhausts the conditioned scavenging air, and a heat transfer fluid is circulated in a main circuit (11a). The circuit has a cooler (15) e.g. cooling tower, placed in a branch (14) of the main circuit between an inlet of the evaporator and an outlet of a compressor (9).
