The device has parts (12, 13), each connected to ends (5, 6) of a ring. One of the parts has an axle and other part has a guiding profile (18) applied on the axle to guide the parts in relative movement of a pivot between an angular locking position in which a hook is locked in a locking unit and an angular release position to release the hook. The locking unit is a locking hole (9) in which a free end of the hook is insertable.
