The line has a mobile flap shutter (14) movable at an interior of a valve body (12), and a control unit (20) controlling the mobile flap shutter provided with a cover (24) linked to the valve body, where the control unit defines an internal volume (26). A driving rod (28) is disposed in the internal volume and connected to the shutter. A leak preventing unit (54) has a gas blowing unit for blowing a gas e.g. argon, with pressure that is greater than a maximum pressure of an exhaust gas to the internal volume of the cover.
