The device has a flexible elongate shaped absorber element e.g. sheet (10), provided with a stiffening unit, and a Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) type elastic attachment such as elastic cord (12), integrated to the element. The cord has a shape and dimensions such that the cord surrounds a shoulder and locks the element against an armpit. The element is impregnated with a disinfected product and/or perfume, and includes a flexible support (30) fixed to the attachment by soldering. The element has openings for maintaining the attachment, where the element constitutes a sleeve.
