The device has a water tank (1) provided with a filler cap (2) which is raised on a bottom for retension, distributing water and oxygenation of cultures, where the bottom supports a culture receptacle with an inferior protuberance. The protuberance is internally refilled by a culture medium and acts as a foot (10) at a predetermined water level (8). The protuberance has a bottom water supply opening (11) for supplying water from the receptacle by capillarity and are located below the water level, and a top oxygenation opening (12) of the receptacle located on top of the water level.
