The device has an activation unit (20) comprising a rear surface (34) inscribed opposite to a disk shaped external surface (30), where the surfaces are separated from each other by a groove (26). A rod (22) is projected from the rear surface for co-operating with a rotary adjustment component, and a protective cover is provided with a through-hole which is located at the component when the cover is placed on an electronic card. A circumference of the hole is designed such that the activation unit is locked in the cover that is inserted in its groove and turn around its locked rod. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating an electronic triggering system of an electrical disconnection apparatus.
