The device has a right air duct (6B) and left air duct (6A), where each duct is respectively provided with entrances (10B, 10A) arranged in a front part of a vehicle, and exits (11B, 11A) formed on a corresponding side of the vehicle. The entrances of the two air ducts are oriented according to an angle of plus or minus five degrees with respect to a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The entrances and exits of the ducts are formed in a shield for equipping a front face of the vehicle.
